The Force USA Single Station Leverage Gym is a great machine and provides over 20 of the best free weight exercises in leverage form to build the entire body. The lever arm simply replaces the barbell making this the safest and most effective method of free-weight resistance training available! The adjustable bench includes the leg lift and adjusts to numerous decline, flat, incline and shoulder press positions. In addition, the adjustable bench is mounted on an axis that allows it to easily pivot 90 degrees out of the way opening up the inner power area for squats, rows, shrugs, tricep pushdowns and so much more!
