LG DLP Rear Projection TV 44"

This auction is for an LG DLP Rear Projection Television 44" which is in need of repair.

This television is not digital (needs to be connected through a set top box). It has a fantastic picture with a wide viewing range (unlike old rear projection tvs).

It was purchased for $3600 5 years ago and has been a fantastic television until it developed a problem recently. Unsure what the issue is but it switches itself off during use...sometimes it turns itself back on, sometimes you can switch it on yourself, other times you can't switch it on again. Local companies have suggested a cost of a few hundred dollars to fix, however we instead upgraded to a larger plasma.

This would be ideal for a technician that can repair it themselves, or someone who is looking for a large tv cheap (cheaper to fix this than purchase an lcd or plasma this size retail). Externally it is in excellent condition as it has been very well looked after. Most people that have watched it assumed it was a plasma or lcd until told otherwise.

Comes with remote and owner's manual.
