LG REAR PROJECTION TELEVISION - 100 CMS

This television is approximatel 8 years old.  It is in working order, but it frequently has a red line run through the picture.  We have not had it looked at and do not know what causes this.  This problem may be an easy fix for someone in the know.

The outside of the television is in fair used condition.  There are a couple of small holes in te speaker netting at the bottom of the television.
