Returns & Warranty T/LINE will not accept any returns without approval by phone or email Approved returns will be subject to inspection on arrival, Items must be returned in original condition with all original accessories. All shipping & handling charges are non refundable unless the item you purchases was incorrectly described or not what you purchased. All returns including service & warranty claims are returned at the buyers expense If the item purchased is not available the customer has the option of a full refund or choosing another product T/Line Tech will Endeavour to process all returns & refunds within 7-14 days Warranty Policy ON Pre-Paid for DOA Items found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch will be replaced in most cases. Please note DOA replacement is at the manufacturer's discretion. (Sim card can not be activated) please check the Phone out completely on arrival before activating the SIM Card DOA Items must be returned back to us within 7 days. Please contact us for an RA (Return Authorisation) number. This RA number must be written on the parcel when returned to us. Any items which are returned to us without an RA number will be returned to the sender at their cost.  Warranty Policy ON Pre-Paid for faulty on activated Sim Card Faulty items under warranty will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair and the process usually takes 7-14 days. Please note although it is the manufacturer's responsibility to repair a genuinely faulty product under warranty it is still at the manufacturer's discretion. For warranty returns all additional postage costs will be paid for by the Buyer. If your item is found to be working an administration fee may aply will be charged and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense. Only if we are unable to replace an item or the manufacturer has approved the item is faulty by written notification, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued by bank transfer. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for any other reason in relation to warranty issues - NO EXCEPTIONS.
