LGB #72414 Lincoln Log set, as new condition, G scale

You  are  bidding  on  one  (1)  off,  as  new,  unused,  LGB  #72414 "Lake  George & Boulder"  Lincoln  Logs  freight  train  starter  set  (note  no  power  pack  or  track  supplied).    This  highly  sought  after  set  was  made  in  Germany,   circa  mid-1990's   The  locomotive  has  been  test  run  only  to  confirm  operation.   The  set  box  is  only  supplied  with  original  packaging  if  local  purchase,   for  pickup  only.   The  starter  set  packaging  box  is  too  large  to  ship  by  Australia  Post  and  will  not  be  posted.   Included  are  the  #2117 "LG & B"steam  locomotive,   one  (1)  off  red  #4001  LG & B  flatcar  with  Lincoln  Log   load,  one  (1)  off  LGB #4010  low-sided  gondola   with  a  Lincoln  Log  load  and  a  red  LG & B  "Route  of  the  Beavers"  caboose.     Also  included  are  the  original  paperwork  supplied  by  the  manufacturer,  four (4)  off  model  figurines,   and  a  track  power  lead.   The  locomotive  flagpoles  and  caboose  chimney  and  spotlamp  are  still  to  be  fitted.   

The  set  presents  as  new  condition  and  is  rarely  seen  listed  on  eBay.   Note:  no track  or  power  pack  supplied,  however,  for  local  purchase  only,   I  am  able  to  supply  a  circle  of  as  new/unused  LGB  #1100  brass  track  for  an  additional  $55.00.   The  track  will not  be  posted,   due  the  possibility  of  damage  to  the  repackaged  contents  of  the  starter  set.   Sets  in  this  as  new/unused  condition  are  rarely   available.

Christmas  is  only  weeks  off  and  it  is  an  ideal  time  to  think  about  a  Christmas  present  for  the  season.

NOTE:  I  will  post  the  contents  of  the  set  (but  not  the  set box,   due  too  large  for  Australia  Post to  ship)  by  registered  post,  to  Sydney ($14.00  insured),  metropolitan  Melbourne  and  Brisbane  $26.00  insured,   metropolitan  Adelaide  $32.00,  insured   and  metropolitan  Perth  $52.00,  insured.   Remember  the  set  box  will  not  be  posted.  

NOTE:  If  able  to  provide  your  own  courier,   then  outer  packaging  dimensions  are  58cm  by  57cm  by  19cm,  weight approx 6kgs  and  pickup  postcode  2228.   I  will  not  organise  a  courier,  under  any  circumstances.   Item  must  be  paid  in  full  prior  pickup  by  courier.
