1.   How do you Rate the condition of the items for sale?

I use the following verbal scale to rate my items

NEW—Never been used

EXCELLENT—Still has new appearance but has been used

VERY GOOD—clean, minor damage but still appears good

GOOD—Good general overall condition, but more noticeable  damage

FAIR– Shows signs of age

 POOR,—self explanatory I will give detail of the damage

2.   What do I do at the end of an auction?

If new and unsure of the ebay procedure here is quick summary. When the auction has ended, if you win, you will receive an invoice detailing your total price and payment information from me. You will receive this usually the same day as the close of the auction.

3.   Can I combine shipments if I buy multiple items?  

Yes.

The combined cost for Post and Packing will be sent to you in a combined invoice. Multiple wins on the SAME day will be combined and an invoice will be sent to you. There will be usually a discount of £1:00 of P&P for each extra purchase from the items listed postage price. For items where the P&P price is listed as £1:00 then this discount will generally be 50p

If you are bidding on items that finish on different days, you can wait until they are completed and I will then send you a combined invoice.

4.   How are my postage charges calculated?

I charge based on the weight of the item. For thin books they sometimes can go as large letters which I reduce P&P accordingly. If you want the weight of the book please ask and you can check yourself!!

For locations outside of the ''U.K'' I charge based on the weight plus packaging.  Airsure and Signed for mailing can be offered at a cost of £4.20 in addition to the stated Air Mail cost. If you want your parcel insured please let me know and I will add to the invoice.

5.   Do I need to send you my postal address?

If you pay by PayPal your shipping address is provided with your payment. If you choose to send a cheque or postal order, please include the address with the payment.

If you want it to go to different address, write the information on the paypal payment (in notes) or send a separate email. I do normally post promptly so please DO NOT WAIT IF YOU WANT THE ITEM SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

6.    When will the item be posted?

I normally send the items the next working day after receipt of payment - In the UK it should take 2-3 days at the most to arrive. Overseas by Airmail this normally is in the 5-14 days range. I can send surface mail but this can take ages!! Advertised as from 56 days I have had examples of up to 80 days +. If you want this service please email for price.

7.   What if I am unhappy with the item?

If you feel that I have made a mistake in the listing then please EMAIL ME/LEAVE AN EBAY MESSAGE. I will respond and try and rectify the situation. If we cannot resolve things I will accept returns and I will refund the cost of the purchase

8.   Feedback.

Feedback is left by me on payment for the item. 

If you are going to leave feedback negative/ neutral feedback I would prefer to receive a communication to discuss things first.
