LEGAL DOCUMENT CONCERNING SETTLED LAND

James Bogle Delap of Lillingstone Lovell was Tenant for life of lands including those at Bowbrickhill and....

Charles Purdon Coote of Bearforest, Mallow, County Cork, Ireland (I think he was a cricket player of repute) and John Kenelm Digby Wingfield Digby of Sherbourne Castle in Dorset are the Trustees.

Not sure what this foolscap approx size, folded, dusty, grubby printed document of two sides, with manuscript insertions, is really all about.  Mentions a farm at Lillingstone Lovell in the occupation of John Malsbury Kirby Elliot and Bowbrickhill Farm in the occupation of Charles Osborne Day. Thomas John Street is a Surveyor involved in this matter. Dates from 1889 and is original. This link refers to above persons:
