LIMESTONE TILES - IMPORTED ITALY - 800 X 400. ~60m2

LIME STONE TILES. WE RECENTLY FINISHED RENOVATING OUR HOUSE AND HAVE 189 SPARE TILES + a few offcuts. THE TILES COST c$150M2. TILES MEASURE 800mm X 400mm X 15mm. THE TOTAL AREA IS JUST OVER 60m2. The stones are imported from italy and made of limestone with a honed finish and have intrinsic variations of textures, colours, and seams [please refer to photo of the 3 individual tiles as an example]. The photos show tiles laid. We have lived with the tiles for 3 months in our living areas, bathrooms, outside and around the pool. They are extremely easy to maintain and do not show dust/marks etc. YOU WILL NEED TO PICK UP THE TILES. THEY WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE REAR OF OUR HOUSE SO YOU WILL NEED TO CARRY AND STACK THEM. YOU CAN RE-USE THE WOODEN PALLETS THEY ARE ON. PICK UP ONLY. WE ARE STARTING THE AUCTION AT A LOW PRICE AS YOU WILL NEED TO COLLECT THE TILES. PICK UP ONLY.
