THIS A VINTAGE PIECE OF LLADRO - NOW RETIRED. THIS LARGE SWAN IS IN PERFECT CONDITION- NO CHIPS, CRACKS ETC. IT MEASURES 22CM LONG AND IS 23CM HIGH TO THE HEAD.

Please bid with confidence - I check all items for faults and try to describe and photograph to the best of my ability, so please read carefully and if you would like further information, or additional pictures, please do not hesitate to email. I try to be as accurate as possible.

Please email me if you have any questions, requests regarding deliveries, delay in payment, etc. prior to bidding. I am more than happy to accommodate any reasonable request. I only sell genuine, authentic items NO FAKES. A FULL REFUND less postage cost will be given if the item is found to be a FAKE.

AUSTRALIAN BIDDERS PAYMENT

Direct Debit, personal cheques or money orders are the only payment means for Australian bidders until EBay forces all payments to be via Papal. If you wish to pay via PAYPAL, please contact me first.

If paying by personal cheque - item will not be posted until cheque clears.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PAYMENT

Payment is only by Pay Pal for international bidders and must be in Australian Dollars only.  Other means of payment are not available due to the high charges by Australian Banks. 

A handling charge of $10.00 is added to overseas purchases.

 CONDITIONS OF SALE

Due to a spate of unpaid items AND SLOW PAYMENTS recently, the following now applies:

An EBay invoice will be forwarded within 24 hours of close of bidding to the successful bidder.

If no payment or correspondence is received within 3 days a copy invoice will be forwarded.

If after 2 further days no communication or payment has been received an email will be forwarded asking for a response.

After this and if no communication, or payment has been received another email will be forwarded stating that if no communication, or payment is received within 2 days, a unpaid report will be registered with EBay.

PAYMENT IN FULL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING PLEASE.

I apologise to all the great people out there that do the right thing and communicate and pay quickly, these conditions are not for them, but for the others who unfortunately do not.

Please remember that I am more than happy to negotiate providing communication is received, preferably prior to bidding on an article.

POSTAGE

Postage is extra and I use recycled packaging when ever possible to save on costs. I make postage as inexpensive as possible. I do add a small fee of $3.00 on top of the postage to cover additional costs for packaging and handling for crockery and glassware only.

All unregistered postage is at buyers own risk and is non refundable. For items over $100.00 registered post will be used.

Please remember that larger articles have higher postage costs, especially when they are packaged carefully and if you have any questions regarding this, please email to clarify postage cost prior to bidding.
