PAYMENT TERMS:

Your eBbay name or the eBay item number MUST be provided as reference when paying by direct deposit, otherwise we cannot verify a payment. This will result in a delay in posting. Please note that some payment clearances can sometimes take up to 7 days.

PROOF OF POSTAGE - FOR EVERY ITEM POSTED WE KEEP A DESPATCH RECORD AND A POST OFFICE RECEIPT SHOWING DESTINATION POST CODE, DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF POSTAGE. WHERE IT HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR, WE WILL SEND CERTAIN ITEMS BY REGISTERED POST.

All items are sent by standard Australia Post letter and parcel service. We post the day after a payment clears/appears in our accounts. Please note that payment clearance can sometimes take up to 7 days.

We offer combined postage, and will also mail most items overseas. Please ask for combined postage rates or overseas postage rates before bidding.

Insurance, or registered post is not included unless specifically listed or unless requested in writing by a buyer. These services can be added (on request) at cost.

PICK-UP: not available unless specifically stated.

NON PAYMENT

 After 4 days: We will send a Payment Reminder.

After 8 days: We will lodge an Unpaid Item Dispute.

After 16 days: Close unpaid item dispute. If still unpaid non-paying bidders will receive an Unpaid Item Strike on their eBay account.

RETURNS / WARRANTY:

Unless stated, all items are sold are new (unused) and in perfect condition. If for some reason, the item received is not in the condition stated, we will exchange at our cost. In all cases the faulty item must be returned to us before we send a replacement.
