All items are posted securely wrapped within 4 days of receipt of payment. We try to recycle and reuse our wrapping paper and packaging. We send most items by 'recorded delivery' to the UK and by 'international signed for' outside of the UK. If your item does not arrive, let us know immediately and we will let you have the 'tracking number'. In any event, please be sure to give the item time to arrive before lodging a complaint.

We list our items in good faith and try to be as honest as we can about item descriptions. We do not, however, guarantee to describe to the enth degree every minor flaw or defect on a 'used' item. If an item is described as 'used' then this is what it is, please do not expect the item to arrive in perfect or pristine condition! Our new items however, will be 'as new' and some will be in their original box and will be described as 'new'. We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you do have a problem then contact us and we can decide how best to proceed - please don't just leave negative or neutral feedback without giving us the chance to rectify the matter. Of particular note is our Silver and Bronze Age 'Marvel' comics, some dating back as early as 1966, these comics have been stored safely for decades and are now offered for sale at below or equal to prices recommended by the Overstreet Guide. We also offer a wide range of vintage jewellery; items include brand new (and in box) items of gold and silver, some with gems and some plain.
