Postage
We try to ship all orders ship within 24-48 hours. We ship every day Monday through Friday. We ship all orders via AU Post, Registered, express & insurance is avaliable upon request for all items.pick ups are not avaliable.

International Postage

We ship to most European and Asian countries as well as Usa. We ship only via Australia Post Air Mail . All orders over $50 require insurance. We accept Paypal only for international orders We will send you an invoice with postage details or options.

Combined Postage

We are pleased to combine postage when possible but kindly request all items paid at the same together. All items won within 5 days are gladly combined when paid together. An e mail with the items purchased or a completed checkout through our checkout link is appreciated. We appreciate some want to pay for their items immediately but please do not make your own postage prices as often it is more work to contact you later if it is not sufficient postage paid or if overpaid and we need to partially refund.

Insurance

We highly suggest and strongly recommend insurance as Australia Post offers very reasonable postage but is not perfect. Our experience shows Australia Post looses about 1 out 500 packages and we are sorry to say we cannot be responsible. Orders over $60 require registered post, please add an extra $3.

Damaged items

We pack all items carefully and have a full time professional postage department. In the unlikely event of a damaged item please contact us immediately and save all packaging. Items not insured and damaged in transit are not our responsibility if packed properly.

Payment Terms
Preffered payment method is bank transfer.We accept paypal in AU dollars only. Any orders will be held until cleared as per paypal policy.

We accept money orders in AU dollars only.

Payment is due and kindly appreciated within 7 days. If this is a problem please ask before bidding.

Non-Paying

We try to keep the lowest prices possible and work with all buyers, but have had too many non payers and all non payers are reported to ebay. If there is a legitimate reason and we still have stock of an item we will remove a non paying notice within a reasonable time.

FAQ

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for health reasons. We are not a store who works on high profits and guarantees your satisfaction. We do guarantee you get the item as advertised and any errors will gladly and promptly be corrected. Any postage costs for returns will be reimbursed if the error is on our side, and we will give instructions for return postage. We are a power seller and have many loyal customers and customer satisfaction is our goal.

Should I contact you to check on my order?

Please allow sufficient time to allow your order to get there before asking. We recieve large quantitys of emails every day and it is difficult to answer every one.We will send you a confirmation email stating your payment has been recieved and your parcel has been posted. If you have made your payment but have not recieved this confirmation email there may be a problem, often it is somthing simple like you have not stated the colour required or have not left your ebay user id as a reference when making your payment, this makes it hard to trace the payment to the customer. Following these simple guides ensures a speedy dispach of your parcel.

How do you handle feedback?

We are pleased to leave feedback once left for us as we have an automated program that is updated regularly to reciprocate. . Please contact us before leaving any negative comments as a courtesy as most problems, if any are easily solved.

Do you accept special requests?

We are glad to check stock for your favorite item but it may take a few days to reply.

Can I email you offers for an item?

Please do not e mail us with an offer for an item listed as you would not do that in a department store.

Can I ask you about wholesale orders?

If you have a request for a quantity order or wholesale availability of an item we do welcome your requests and we can list an auction for you.

How accurate are the item descriptions?

We do our best to state accurately and clearly the item and condition. All items are generally new unless stated, but often items do have some minor deficiency as no box or a slight dent or scratch and we try to note this whenever possible. Please do not ask for a sealed one or new one when it is not in the description as well as the date it was manufactured. We always suggest checking the item in the store when it comes to color or at least the website as pictures and monitors are not always accurate and do vary. Any expiration dates will be noted if applicable and most cosmetic items, as well as creams or treatments still do not have expiration dates and we cannot check every single item. If you see an error in our description your suggestions are always welcome and appreciated as it is not possible for us to know every item we sell.

What are your office hours?

We are here Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM and usually longer. We do not answer e-mails on the weekend or major holidays.
