Movie Star Diets
You have probably heard them all before, the water diets, secret juice diets, special pill diets and the list goes on. These are nearly as bad as the starvation diet. Your body needs nutrients to function properly and help you maintain a healthy weight. Don't get sucked into the hype.
Pre-packaged Diet Programs
Pre-packaged diets from your supermarket or specialty distributor are not cheap and when you check the ingredients, you could probably make better at home and a lot cheaper. Common sense here!
