Buyers can not arrange their own shipping. Local pickups are available for a $10 handling fee. Items of 1 pound or less typically ship by USPS Priority mail, while heavier items typically ship by UPS Ground. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes the buyer must provide a physical shipping address. When you receive a Guaranteed item from OC Depot it should perform as described. In the rare situation that this is not the case, we will send a replacement upon safe return of the original item within 30 days of the auction end. If a replacement is not available we will honor the terms of our Money-Back Guarantee. We do not refund the shipping charges because we can not recoup these costs.
