This Gorgeous Skirt is Designed by Target. It is Tagged size 22 and My Measurements suggest will best fit between sizes 20 - 22 - But lease Check My Measurements Below Very CAREFULLY to Ensure a Perfect Fit. The material is Polyester. The Skirt is Lined in a Black Stretchy material and the Skirt itself is a Flowing Crepe Chiffon. The Pretty Pattern is Black and Pale Pink. There is an Elasticated Waistband - which Lies Flat (Not Bulky) and has Lots of Stretch. This Lovely Skirt is in Great Condition - PLEASE NOTE- There is some Fluff on the Inside of the Black Lining - not Noticeable when worn - Just Need you to know.
