This beautiful Fine Tribal Afghan Kelim was woven by Desert Nomads in the Northern region of Afghanistan. It is a recent strong and fine traditional 'Kelim' flat weave and is in excellent brand new condition. This beautifully woven rug is a typical example of Tribal weaving. The dyes are probably naturally derived.

This kelim has a lovely design and colour combination.

This is an excellent example of tribal weaving.

Room size kelims are difficult to acquire and sought after. The colours vary slightly as the wool has been hand spun and dyed.
