    Delivery Protection

    All parcels are insured and signature is required upon collection. In case a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia post, we will resend items free of charge (or refund auction price subject to product availability). For items damaged in transit, buyer will need to send them back at their own cost and we will send replacement once return received. Insurance is optional for overseas (include New Zealand) parcels ($8 per parcel). Buyers will be responsible for damage or loss if parcel is uninsured.

    VIC: 2-4 days - NSW/ SA/ ACT: 4-6 days - TAS / QLD: 5-7 days - NT/ WA: 7-12 days Overseas: 1-2 weeks Items will be posted within 2 business days after payment received.
