Pick up is available via appointment only. Please contact us after bidding to arrange pick up day & time. Items must be picked up within 5 days of receiving cleared payment. Items not collected within this time frame will incur a $30/day storage fee.
Items will automatically be shipped to buyers registered Ebay address. Please ensure this address is complete and correct. If you would like the item sent elsewhere, please contact us immediately after winning item and notify us of new address information.
Any replacement or refund is provided at our discretion and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Yes, our items are available for pick up from our warehouse
located in Sydney. Please let us know clearly if you would like to pick
