Items are generally posted within 1 to 2 days of payment, NOT WEEKENDS. I am quite happy to oblige a request for a speedy turnaround. (Letter class parcels often have next day delivery within Victoria - when Australia Post is behaving).

If you are purchasing from overseas, please allow a reasonable amount of time for your item to arrive. To the USA expect a minimum of 2 weeks, with 3 or 4 being average. Any concerns, just contact me.

Postage rates are based on weight & bulk of the item & I aim to keep costs to a minimum. I charge only for the costs I incur for postage, postpak/boxes & packing materials - no charge for my 5 star wrapping service!!!. If an item can be posted at a lower rate than you have paid, I will always refund the difference.                                        If you do not use Paypal, please contact me to confirm postage rates PRIOR to payment, as refunds are a tad tricky with bank deposits.        Single items I try to send as letter class (in padded post packs) if they are light enough & thin enough.  

    Multiple items up to 250grams are posted at a flat rate $5.70. 

 Purchase 5 or more items & postage is FREE!!! (domestic)

International postage on multiple items, up to 250grams, are shipped at the same rate as for one item.                                           

So the more you buy the more you save!

Tracking is available on Express & Registered Post. Insurance is available upon request, but is only offered by Australia Post on Registered Post.

I recommend use of one of the above postage types for expensive or multiple items as I have no control over items once they are posted.

Insurance on international postage is only available through Australia Post with express postage which is extremely expensive. It is really only viable for large multiple items - to date all international items have reached their destinations.

Many of my items come from estate sales and most of these vintage treasures have been previously loved by someone else so may show slight signs of wear. I try to highlight any signs of wear so the buyer is fully aware of the state of the item they are bidding on.Look at the photographs as they provide the most information for a prospective buyer. Most of my items are high-end jewellery or high quality craftsmanship and the starting bid does not reflect their true value. Win as many items as you like as I do combine shipping cost to save you money!

I take all care to protect items with bubble wrap & other packaging. 
Returns are applicable if I have seriously misled about the state of items. 
Please look carefully at the photos & ask questions before bidding.
No responsibility will be taken for damage caused by the postal service,
