This is a Cropped Wrap Sweater Top by Bebe in Size Medium.  The base color is a blue with shades of blue sequins.  It has 3 Blue Pearl-like buttons with wrap for closure.  It is 70% Silk and 30% Cotton.  This is in EXCELLENT CONDITION.   This is absolutely fabulous!
