LAY-BY
After a few requests to Lay-By some of our products, we have decided to offer this to our Customers.
If you would like to Lay-By one of our items, you can do so for a period of 6 weeks.
Terms & Conditions of Lay-By:
1. At the time of sale, you must email the Seller to notify them that you intend to Lay-By your item.
2. A Deposit of 20% must be put down to hold an item at the time of sale.
3. Lay-By time is 6 weeks from the date of sale.
4. Regular payments must be made at least every two weeks which assures the Seller that you are a genuine Customer. If you can't make a payment in that 2 weeks, you must notify the Seller by email.
5. If you require an extension of time over the 6 weeks, you must apply by email to which you will receive a confirmation email agreeing to the specified extension.
6. This Lay-By is a contract. If no funds are received within the 6 weeks, your deposit will be forfeited and the item will be re-listed.
SUBMITTING “BEST OFFERS”
We are currently upgrading our site and have decided on a trial run on using the “BEST OFFER” system in order to see how well it works for both the Buyer and the Seller.
Please don’t submit “unrealistic offers”, as our jewellery is of a high quality and our profit margins are low, so please don’t expect “something for nothing”.
Although ebay is an Auction Site, and we all expect to get bargains, just remember…..you will never get quality jewellery like this from a Jeweller at these prices, so please be realistic in your offers.

Our Products are listed honestly as specified by our Supplier. We DO NOT under any circumstances, change any details or descriptions whatsoever, or for any reason at all. All faults with products, if any, are detailed in the advertisement description.

We GUARANTEE a 100% refund on any faulty items, or any items that do not fit the description advertised.
VALUATIONS:
US Valuations may differ slightly to Australian Valuations.
We have had some valuations done in the past through a reputable Gemologist from one of Australia’s leading Jewellery Shops and the valuations have been more than pleasing. In some instances the Insurance Valuation has been more than our Recommended Retail Price stated. This is not to say that will be the case with all items.
PLEASE NOTE: Valuations are generally for “Insurance purposes” and are based on “Replacement Value” which is what it costs to re-make the item at cost, but bear in mind, the actual value of the product “selling in the window” is considerably higher. (Mark up in Jewellery Stores)
We are now having the majority of our higher-priced items valued by WALLACE BISHOP JEWELLERS. These valuations are "Insurance Valuations" (Please read above). We have decided to get Valuations done so that Buyers can see that they are purchasing quality items for their money.
These Valuations will be posted out to the Customer with their purchase.
Most Valuations cost anywhere from $70.00 to $100.00 so this is an added Bonus for our Customers as they won't have to worry about paying out for Valuations in the future, therefore this is a large saving to them.

RING RESIZING:
We now have a qualified Jeweller who can resize our rings at a cost of $40.00 for the majority of Rings.
If the Ring you purchase is wide with a lot of Gold and you want to resize to a larger size, the cost can vary slightly due to the Jeweller having to supply extra Gold into the RIng.
Some Jewellers are wary of resizing rings with intricate settings and won’t resize them, however we have a Jeweller who is a master at resizing and redesigning. He will also make sure that all stones are very secure in their setting.
Resizing can usually be done within 24 hours of purchase and then your item is posted out to you immediately.
If you would like a ring resized, please contact us once you have made your purchase to give us the size you would like and to make arrangements for payment of this extra option.
OUR RIGHTS:
Our products are currently advertised else where, therefore we reserve the right to pull our items from any auctions if sold elsewhere.
TERMS OF SALE:
By bidding on this auction you agree that you have read and do agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the sale as stated below. If you do not agree, please do not bid.
* By bidding on this auction, you are entering into a legally binding contract which obligates you to pay for all auctions won by you within five (5) days.
* Please do not bid if you do not intend to honor your winning auction.

* We guarantee the Authenticity of each jewellery item, we do not however, guarantee it’s value therefore, the stated recommended retail price, list price or replacement value do not always reflect the items current market value. We recommend that you seek the advice of your Jeweller or Gemologist of the current market value of an individual piece of jewellery in which you are interested and then bid accordingly.
* Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee – no exceptions. If there is a legitimate reason to return an item, you must contact us within 3 days of the receiving date via ebays “contact seller” form. Items must be returned within 7 business days of the original receiving date. Please allow 7 business days to process refunds. The Customer will be fully responsible for shipping costs, loss or damage of returned items.
* Rings that have been re-sized by your Local Jeweller, or re-sized by our Local Jeweller at the Customers request will not be returnable or refundable.
* Postage & Handling is not refundable under any circumstances.
* Your transaction is deemed final and non-returnable if negative or neutral feedback is left. Before leaving any negative or neutral feedback, please contact us via ebays “contact seller” form to let us know why you are unhappy and give us a chance to rectify any issues you may have. Negative Feedback will receive Negative Feedback in return if the Purchaser does not try to work out any issues in an amicable way.
VIEWING AN ITEM:
We offer our products at such a low cost due to the fact that we work from home, therefore saving on overheads.
Many customers have requested a chance to view our stock in the past, but for security reasons, we could not divulge our address. However, we have taken security measures on our premises and will consider local customer requests for an appointment time if they would like to view an item from the “BUY IT NOW” stock in our Shop.

DOMESTIC INSURANCE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
We use Australia Post Registered Mail which carries insurance up to the value of $200.00
Extra Insurance can be arranged at an added cost of $5.00 which is payable by the Customer at checkout.
We provide the Customers with the Registration Number of their purchase for tracking purposes upon despatch, which must be signed for upon collection.
Whilst all care is taken to ensure your purchase is sent to you safely packaged, we do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage through the Australia Post system.
If you require Express Post, there is no insurance cover at all provided by Australia Post, so please bear this in mind |
