Land Rover 1958 seires 1 SWB

Hi Iam selling my 1958 series 1 Landy, the reason that I am selling my little 88" is that I have lost my job & also need a more practiable vehicle to drive that is better suited to doing a 150K trip that I do 3 times a week.

 This little 88" is ready for any thing & would be great for someone who is looking for a classis series 1 that can be polished up for events / car shows yet still be handy around the farm or the odd camping trip.

 I get a lot of remarks saying how well the Landy looks & that is not "over done".

 I have spent over 1 year restoring her & she will be greatly missed when she is sold.

This Landy is 100% rust free

 Has a sweet running full flow 2 litre motor with 50 psi oil pressure when running.

 Gear box has no isuess it nice to use & goes into gears easily, (Note you have to double clutch)

I have over hauled both front & rear diffs, also the rear axels are the correct fully floating ones & not modifyed series 2 axels.

 All leaf springs are in great shape & all suspension bushes have been replaced.

 New front & rear prop shafts fitted.

New wheels cyls all round, all new brake shoes all round & master cyl has been over hauled so the Landy stops quite well.

 New tie rod ends fitted.

 Body was taken to bare alloy etch primed then painted correct Bronze green, chassis & firewall painted with killrust.

Currently registed as a 7 seater in QLD & will provide blue slip on sale.
