You are bidding for ONE Button Replacement Silicone Pad Only ! (Key shell not included). Made in Australia from highly durable liquid silicone rubber (LSR). Colour: Black. No extra costs involved ! Button replacement procedure: Please Note that the top cover of your remote is made up of three layers: top layer: made of thin, soft rubber with embedded buttons middle layer: made of hard plastic with the cut out positioned above switches internal layer: made of thin, soft rubber In order to press-fit replacement pad in, top and internal soft rubber has to be removed to expose entire cut out in hard, plastic part. 1. Open remote on the split line and separate it into 2 parts: top cover that would fit a new replacement pad and part with electronic board 2. With small flat screwdriver “shave off” upper rubber layer of the top cover, till smooth surface is achieved 3. Next, remove internal rubber layer from the top cover using the same “shaving off” method (avoid pulling rubber as it may cause shell breakage and expose small holes in the surface) 4. Once all soft rubber pieces are removed from inside and outside of the top cover, large cut-out will be exposed in the remaining hard plastic which will be fitted with replacement pad over it. 5. Position replacement pad over cut-out and push it in till it “engages” with hard plastic part of the cover. No gluing needed. Remote will work straight away with no need for re-programming.
