Australian Bidders - I only accept payment via direct deposit, bank cheques or money orders and PayPal (because I am being forced to. Please help all ebayers send a message to ebay that we wont have our payment choices dictated to us by avoiding paying with PayPal if you can) . I wont accept personal cheques, so please dont ask. Payment via direct deposit needs to be made via Netbanking (which I recommend for every ebay buyer as it makes things so easy), as I use a local credit union (buyers on the Northern Beaches of Sydney can visit a branch to make the deposit). Postage - I charge actual postage plus a small handling fee to cover packaging and handling expenses. I will always endeavour to find you the cheapest and safest postage rate, but please feel free to ask for a definite price if postage is not stated in item description. This is usually the case for awkward, large and heavy items as postage cannot be a standard fixed price as it will vary depending on destination, and sometimes can be quite high for some parts of Australia and Overseas. Please be aware that I as soon as an item is sold, I receive an email from ebay telling me about the sale including where to send the item - this information is then fed straight into my database - this means that if you win and item and then remember that you have moved and not changed you address with ebay and you proceed to do so after bidding, I have no way to know this as ebay do not let sellers know about these changes - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to email me directly and alert me to the change of address as I will not be responsible for items sent to old addresses. By purchasing any item from me you agree to these terms and conditions. Important - Please read the description carefully and ask any questions before bidding. I do not refund just because you didnt read all the details or ask appropriate questions. I am an honest seller (see my feedback) and always describe everything to the best of my knowledge - in cases where I dont know a lot about the item, it is up to the buyer to ask me to try and get more information where needed. I do not refund if an item is lost in the mail, but will do my best to help you to track it down - if you dont want to risk loss or damage, please ask for insured postage before making payment. I will email you within 2 days of auction end with payment details and if for some reason the email system lets me down and you dont receive an email, it is your responsibility to make contact with me (within 2 days) and ask for details - this saves me thinking that you are not responding to my email and also saves you from having to wait longer than necessary for your item. I am only human and therefore may make a mistake in a listing, if you find this to be the case, please contact me immediately upon receipt of your item.
