Combined Packaging 

We combine packaging for more than one item – which works out substantially cheaper in delivery charge. A second item from our extensive range or multiples of the same item may only add a dollar or two to your transport cost depending on your postcode. Email us for an accurate quotation, or if you have any questions.

Areas marked in RED are Courier Delivery and can not be delivered to a P.O.Box

Courier deliveries can be sent to your work address if preferred.

If you provide a P.O.Box or request Postal delivery please select the BLACK postage cost. 

The RED areas are as deemed by Fastway Couriers – if you wish to confirm you are within these areas please email us your postcode and suburb name.

Address Details

We use the address details provided by ebay at the time of sale.

Please ensure these are correct and advise us immediately if you change these details or if the details need to be changed.  All communication will be sent to your registered ebay email address – please ensure this is correct.

Delivery Method

Our aim is to provide a quality delivery at the best price we can find.

Your item will be delivered by Courier or Australia Post – depending on your location, availability of courier and weight/volume of your order. The method of delivery will be included in the notification of sale email from us. If you wish to use a different method than that selected please let us know as soon as possible. All items are insured. We will notify you when your payment clears and your parcel is sent.

Postal orders: are sent by Registered Post. When your item arrives at your local P.O. they will send you a notification card. Sometimes this does not happen or they become lost. If your item has not arrived in a timely fashion contact your P.O. and ask them if they have your parcel. A signature is also required as proof of delivery.

Courier Deliveries: We require a street address for delivery – not a P.O. Box. This can be a residential, either your home address or a friend or relative. A work address is also a great option.  A contact telephone number is useful for ease of delivery. A signature is also required as proof of delivery.   

Undelivered Packages

If an order is undeliverable and is eventually returned due to incorrect address or failure to make contact with the carrier after a failed delivery attempt – any additional freight costs will be charged to you.
