Product Origin and Condition
All of our products are genuine, brand new and never used. Most pieces are imported from the United States.
I have travelled extensively throughout the USA and found the clothes to be of a superior quality, for the price, to here in Australia. One theory is that Americans, as a general rule, dry all of their clothes in a clothes dryer and so the garment needs to be of a higher quality. I am not suggesting you cannot buy quality clothes here, but they usually comes with a higher price tag.
Stock is sourced via traditional wholesale, surplus and off season discount channels. That is why I am able to offer clothes from well know brands such as Ralph Lauren for less than you would pay in Australia. Where items are sourced from the United States and have price tags still attached, they are in US Dollars, not Australian Dollars.

Sizing
As with all types of clothing, sizing can vary depending on the manufacturer. As a general rule USA sizing is the same as ours. For example, 18 months in Australia is the same as 18 months for the USA and can vary slight in size from store to store in the USA as well as here. Where available I have included a brands sizing chart in my information pages.

Payment Methods
We accept deposits to our bank account, whether in person (ANZ) or via the Internet, Australia Post Money Orders, and payment by PayPal (to ebaysales@wrigglepot.com.au).
Cleared payment must be received within 3 business days, a little leeway given for posted Money Orders.

When making a deposit please ensure you leave your eBay UserID (or Item Number if depositing at a branch) as the reference to enable us to allocate the payment to your order. If you are unable to do so please ensure you advise us by email (ebaysales@wrigglepot.com.au) to save processing delays.
We will send you an email when we receive your payment.
Delivery Address Changes
eBay send us your delivery address information electronically when you place your order. If you have changed your address recently, or wish us to ship to a different address, you need to personally email us at ebaysales@wrigglepot.com.au with the change sought.
We are not able to monitor address changes and other information provided by any other means, such as in eBay and PayPal notices and advices.
Shipping
Australia - The most economical method of delivery is Australia Post Regular Parcel Post. Our preferred method of delivery is Australia Post Registered Parcel Post as this option offers security at a low price. For Registered Parcel Post, Australia Post provides a unique identification number for every article, proof of posting and a signature is obtained on delivery. Insurance cover of up to $100 is included. Post Office boxes are encouraged to ensure safe delivery. Please also note that clothes hangers are generally not included to minimise shipping costs.
Overseas - Wrigglepot does not currently ship outside of Australia.
Local Pickup facilities are regretfully not available at this time.
COMBINED SHIPPING - take advantage of our discounted postage rates. Postage for additional items is charged at $2 per item if all purchases are combined as one order in eBay checkout.
Delivery Times
We will send you an email when your purchase is despatched.
Regular and Registered Parcel Post - 1 to 3 business days from day of despatch is common. Allow up to 6 business days in remote areas. You are encouraged to call or visit your local Post Office if your parcel is not received within this time frame. We process and despatch orders during the next three business days following the day the order is placed by you.
Exchanges & Returns
We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances may need to return an item to us. With this in mind we have done our best to make returning a product as easy and convenient as possible. Set forth below are our policies with respect to returns as well as instructions on how to return an item.
Non defective items - Products may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by Wrigglepot within 30 days of shipment, AND they are returned in mint condition in their unopened, original packaging, and are returned in perfect condition.
Defective items - In general, products of any kind may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by Wrigglepot within 30 days of shipment. Please email us (ebaysales@wrigglepot.com.au) the nature of the defect before you return anything to us.
We will respond quickly and advise you of your next step.
