Description:

Aromatic Notes: penetrating floral, sweet and herbaceous with woody undertones

Common Uses: for relief of headaches apply a few drops to each temple

Cosmetic Uses: smooths and softens the skin, provides long lasting protection

Precautions: emmenagogue - avoid during 1st trimester in pregnancy.  

(Emmenagogues are herbs which stimulate blood flow in the pelvic area and uterus)

To Use:

Add 8 drops to a vaporiser.

Add 5 drops to 10ml of a Good 4 You Carrier Oil.
