This is a wonderful Australian book which surveys the work of designer makers in the fields of decorative and practical arts at the beginning of a new millenium and all of the 38 featured designers feature fabric and thread in their designs. Each has a range of work displayed to show the quality of their craftsmanship and their design skills and between them have created 45 new projects especially for this book ranging from small embroidered pictures and delicate lace doilies through to large wall quilts and colourful woven and hooked rugs. Packaging

All books and other items are sent in a bubble wrap lined padded bag both to overseas destinations and within Australia to ensure that they arrive at their new homes in excellent condition. If a book is a softcover, I also include a piece of stiffening cardboard so that the bag cannot be bent en route. All items of A4 size or smaller are sent in a plastic cover for extra protection.
