Many Australians dream of running their own business at some stage in their lives but few ever do. Perhaps they think business is risky or perhaps they just need a more gentle entry into a business.

I have 13 solid customers in the Campbelltown area that I service once per fortnight and 23 times per year.  It earns me $672.00 for around 8½ hours work + extra income I earn from extras like weeding, trimming, weed spraying, mulching, and pruning (an additional $7,400 last financial year alone).  I start at 7am and finish them all by around 3pm (later if I take breaks).  If you already have a mowing business, this would be an ideal add-on and you'll also learn a lot about what has made my business successful by dealing with my customers.

I usually pay my employees around $10 per hour for a junior or $16 per hour for an 18+.  Could you imagine earning $120.00 per hour for 8-10 hours per day?  It's a whole lot of fun!  While very satisfying it is also hard work.

I'm not selling this run as a franchise, nor am I including equipment, a trailer, or a vehicle.  I am able to provide you with phone numbers for my suppliers should you need them, but I would imagine many people would have a mower, a blower, and an edge trimmer anyway.  Happy to provide training on the run you are purchasing should you feel that you need it.
