This is an ORIGINAL 1970's POSTER ARTWORK

 

 by an unknown artist

 

titled:-

 

“ LE JOURNAL chaque jour 6 pages allmorns Publie La Traite des Blanches Grand Roman Endit. Par Dubut de Laforest.” 

 

We believe it is rendered in Gouache probably in the early 1970’s. It is on a piece of 20” x 16” Daler Board bought from WH Smiths for 42p. There is some smudging of the title at the top and bottom and there are some marks down the sides and a more pronounced indentation 30mm in from the bottom right hand side in the green area.

 

The overall size is 510 x 390 mm and the image is quite striking and mainly in good condition.

 

 

It will be posted first class, flat & backed with rigid cardboard.
