These are just GORGEOUS!  Quality Little Frogs Brand (Australian Made).  Says size 26 but will fit a 2-3 year old boy.  Full Leather Laces and quality stitching allround. Industrial sole.  Out little one grew out of them too quickly to get enough wear from them throughout Winter.  Buyer will be completely satisfied.  I paid around $70
