If for any reason, there is a defect with our product because of the manufacturer, please organise the return of the product(s) to us within 14 days of purchase for assessment.

Refunds will not be given for "change of mind" or wrong purchases. Buyer is responsible for organising return postage. Refunds/Exchanges will not be given until faulty item is received by the Seller.

If a product is found to be faulty after assessment due to manufacture the buyer has two options:

1. We will refund the purchase price (postage & handling costs are not refundable).

OR

2. We will gladly exchange the faulty item with a new one

If a product is found to be NOT faulty after assessment:

1. The buyer must pay for postage costs if they wish the item to be returned to them.
