• All returns must have prior authorization. Buyer can contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages MUST display RMA Number.
• This item come with half one year warranty.
• Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your item.
• All returning shipping cost will be paid by buyer at all circumstances. If buyer asks refund for defective products, shipping and handling cost is no refundable.
• Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. No refund will be made for wrong purchase or by mistake.

• Warranty period is  half one year from the date of original purchase. Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.
