Leather craft dye color colour paint, light brown 500ml
Hi, you're looking at a 500ml (17 fluid ounce) bottle of aqueous dye solution for leather in light brown (number 18 on the chart) from Seiwa of Japan. This high quality dye is excellent for your leatherwork and is perfect for colouring everything from an entire hide of leather to the trimmed edges of your leather craft or repairing scratches on that new wallet of yours.

Simply clean all wax or grime from your leatherwork using a mild bleach or oxalic acid (1 teaspoon per pint of water), then saturate a piece of cloth in the dye and work in a circular motion over your leather, reapplying as necessary, taking care to evenly distribute the dye. Airbrushing in a well ventilated area is usually the most effective method of dying you leather. For edges, use a small sponge or cotton bud saturated dye to colour the desired area.
