"This is my third review on these sets. As i said before, I like the sets because they contain basic bricks (classic 2*4 reds etc). I like the pirate hat a lot, and I also like how the sails turn around on the spin plate."

Delivery details

We use Australia Post's Business E-Parcel network.
All parcels have a consignment note number for tracking & insurance purposes. The parcel is scanned at several locations during its transit, & a signature is required for both normal & express post.
Express post is available, however, please contact us prior to purchase, as prices vary considerably from state to state & weight of the box.
We aim for the fastest turn-around & will post items within 48 business hours once payment has been received.
As a guide delivery times from Brisbane to QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC can take 2/3 days via normal E-Parcel and WA, SA, NT & TAS 5-7 business days.

Payment Information

PAYPAL E-CHEQUES (EFT bank transfers via Paypal) can take 5 business days to clear, please consider this delay when choosing this method of payment.
PAYPAL & CREDIT CARDS are instant and, once approved by PAYPAL, we aim to ship within 48 business hrs via normal E-Parcel.
If you have paid Express Mail postage, items will be posted next business day. Australia Post does not guarantee next day postage to every postcode. Please contact us if you would like clarification.
Bank deposits & Money Orders accepted
Buyers, please make contact with your intention to pay within 3 days, and finalise payment within 7 days, thank you.
As a guide delivery times to QLD NSW ACT & VIC usually take 2/3 days, and, WA TAS SA & NT 5-7 working days.

Delivery delays can result from:

Incorrect name or address - please ensure your name and address details are correct & up to date. If delivery is to your work or business, please ensure it can be attentioned to you as the parcel will require your signature.
We will notify you that the parcel has been posted. If it has not been delivered in the expected time, please check with your local PO, as often it is returned there (waiting for collection) when the delivery driver has missed you at home. A card should be placed in your mailbox, however, this does not always happen.
We use Australia Post's Business E-Parcel network, which includes tracking & insurance. Please contact us anytime if you have not received your parcel & the local PO is not holding it.

Terms of Sale - General Information

New products come as you would buy retail, 100% brand new and factory sealed (unless stated specifically its used or damaged). Collector's please note that we do not use 'C' ratings with any of our products, therefore products & boxes may not be in 'mint' condition.
We offer refunds for defective items only, however, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or un-wanted items. The item must be returned complete and in its original condition before a replacement (or refund) is re-issued.
We have the right to refuse refunds or exchange if the product has not been returned. We have the right to refuse refunds & exchange if the product is not complete, tags are removed, or parts are missing.

In the case where the product/parcel has been damaged or lost in transit. An insurance claim must be activated (through Australia Post) & processed before any refunds/exchanges are issued. Insurance claims & processes can take time & evidence will be required.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable.
Once received, please read instructions carefully as many products are a choking hazard for children under 3yrs old.
Items are carefully packed using recycled boxes, cartons & void fill. (unless stated in the description specifically)
