Item Description
Lego set number 8618 Bionicle Vahki Rorzakh.

This is the entire model complete with disc number 665. Please note there are NO INSTRUCTIONS but the set will be posted to the winner already assembled. The pieces are in excellent condition having not been played with much at all.

Conditions of Auction/Sale
Please read all conditions - any questions which are answered in these conditions will be ignored, sorry, but I do not have time to answer basic questions that all you need to do is take the time to read below and you will have your answer.
These are to be read and adhered to in conjunction with all terms and conditions laid out by eBay.
All contact to me is to be done via the eBay messaging system, if you have not set up your e-mail/eBay account to receive these correctly, it's not my problem. That goes for accessing the checkout system as well. Make sure you have set up your account to see my banking details, I do not send them thru' non-secure e-mail.
Items NOT sent by registered mail are your responsibility. Failure of Australia Post to deliver these items are NOT my problem and you will NOT get a refund, so please do NOT ask.
General
I reserve the right to cancel any bid during an auction or conclude an auction early with no explaination.
An eBay invoice will be sent for all sold items, buyer is able to wait for this invoice or pay immediately. Please wait for this invoice if you have purchased mulitple items as you may be eligible for a postage discount.
Buyer to enter the eBay checkout within 24 hours of auction concluding.
Buyer to pay for item within 5 days of auction concluding, unless other arrangements have been made between that buyer and myself.
Remember - communication is the easiest way to satisfaction. If I don't hear anything I will assume you are bogus and eBay will be notified.
I attempt to give accurate information, including postage. If I make an error, then I am happy to come to a mutual agreement with the buyer. I am not mean, but international and rural postage is more than that to major cities.

Postage
Please check out my other auctions and I am happy to combine postage for multiple wins. The only time this will differ is when it is stated within the item description at the top of the auction.
Most items are posted in pre-paid satchels with padding inside if required and breakable items in boxes with plenty of padding. "Paper" items are sent in envelopes. If you wish your item to be packaged in a particular way, then please let me know after the conclusion of the auction and I will adjust the postage costs accordingly.
I usually use new materials when packaging items - therefore ALL auctions will have a handling charge of $3 added on top of the cost of postage stamps. This fee is already shown when postage costs are included in an auction listing.
If the Postage Calculator is used, then the postage cost displayed already has this $3 handling charge factored in.
Item will be posted upon receipt of money.
Pickup is possible on most items - please contact me upon conclusion of auction if you wish to persue this path. Pickup has no handling fee.
Any item which sells for greater than AU$100 will be sent by registered mail, which the buyer will pay for. Registered Post and Express Post is always available on all items - just ask.
Registered mail now available on international post for an extra AU$5 postage!
If you pay via PayPal and I am able to get cheaper postage at the post office, you will get a refund for the extra postage. I cannot do this if you have paid into my bank account - sorry.

Payment
ALL buyers MUST go thru' eBay's checkout system. This way I know you are a true buyer. The buyer will also get my bank/PayPal/address details in this way and I will get your details of where to send the item once paid for.
Please e-mail me when you have made payment, that way I will know to look for your payment.
Non-Australian buyers to use PayPal ONLY!!! Any other form of payment will be disallowed and item will be offered to next highest bidder. However, I am open to negotiations, but please contact me before an auction concludes.
Australian buyers may use any form of payment available at the checkout.
I do NOT accept personal cheques because of the problem of fees if a cheque bounces. If I am sent a personal cheque it will be ignored and a money order requested for that lot. Do not get into this embarrasing situation in the first place by reading my payment options first. If you have any problems please e-mail me first.
Please note I will not send out reminder notices of payment. If I have not had any e-mails from the winner in 5 days then I will commence NPB proceedings :-)
