Item comes with no instructions, but is preassembled and carefully packed to avoid any damage in transit.

Made from new LEGO parts.

* Road base is part of the back ground and isn't in the auction.

I can also send out multiple items in one package, with an extra handling charge 25 cents per item.

I do recycle packing were I can, to help keep those handling costs low!
