We use Australia Post's Business E-Parcel network.
All parcels have a consignment note number for tracking & insurance purposes. The parcel is scanned at several locations during its transit, & a signature is required for both normal & express post.
Express post is available, however, please contact us prior to purchase, as prices vary considerably from state to state & weight of the box.
We aim for the fastest turn-around & will post items within 48 business hours once payment has been received.
BUSINESS name or address - please ensure your name and address details are correct & up to date. If delivery is to your work or business, please include business name & ensure it can be attentioned to you, as the parcel will require your signature.
As a guide delivery times from Brisbane to QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC can take 2/3 days via normal E-Parcel and WA, SA, NT & TAS 5-7 business days.

PAYPAL E-CHEQUES (EFT bank transfers via Paypal) can take 5 business days to clear, please consider this delay when choosing this method of payment.

New products come as you would buy retail, 100% brand new and factory sealed (unless stated specifically its used or damaged). Collector's please note that we do not use 'C' ratings with any of our products, therefore products & boxes may not be in 'mint' condition.
We offer refunds for defective items only, however, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or un-wanted items. The item must be returned complete and in its original condition before a replacement (or refund) is re-issued.
We have the right to refuse refunds or exchange if the product has not been returned. We have the right to refuse refunds & exchange if the product is not complete, tags are removed, or parts are missing.

In the case where the product/parcel has been damaged or lost in transit. An insurance claim must be activated (through Australia Post) & processed before any refunds/exchanges are issued. Insurance claims & processes can take time & evidence will be required.
