great condition... but just for the record.... corners are bumped and a little worn. sunning to spine. wear to either spine end. covers have some light signs of handling and wear. pencilled prices, name, etc on first free endpaper ... please see photo. all pages have age related toning. binding is good, seems very stable but there are a few places where the pages are just beginning to separate.... sort of... again please see photo.
