In the event that a mistake has been made we will gladly offer a refund so long as the following terms are met.
RETURN POLICY: We do not sell on approval therefore we only offer refunds if the item is not as described.
Under no circumstances do we offer partial refunds. Prior to any refund the items must be returned posted insured also be received in the same condition as when purchased.
A buyer must return post the item within the first 5 days of the items arrival, all return arrangements must be made with us via email prior to return posting the item, otherwise we can not guarantee a refund.
POSTAGE POLICY: We are proud to say we have had 100% success rate with all postage but in the unfortunate event an item posted is damaged or lost during transit it is the responsibility of the receiver to handle the insurance claim and seek reimbursement from postal authority.

All our post is sent out with an ID number. Sometimes it is delivered or a card will be left in your mail box for pick up from your local post office. Please contact them before you email us asking where your item is.
