Lionel Postwar O Gauge #3349 Turbo Missile Launch Car

This auction is for a Lionel Postwar O Gauge #3349 Turbo Missile Launch Car. This depressed center flatcar was available from 1962 - 1965 and is 8 3/4" long x 2" wide x 3" high. It has a red plastic body, blue rotating & elevating launcher, white missile with red nose, and AAR-type trucks with operating couplers. There are no graphics. This car is complete and all original except that it is missing the missile rack. There is no rust or cracks in the plastic. I do not detect any scratches. The spring inside the launcher ratchets but I could not get the missile to launch. Probably needs some tinkering. This is an extremely clean launch car, grades to a very good (C6), and will make an excellent addition to your collection.
