You are bidding on a bottle (half full) of liquid mask for ceramics, plus a ceramics tool. The paint is used to paint over part of your design that you do not want the other paint to go on. ie: it's used as a masking agent. It dries like rubber and then you simply peel it off when you're finished. This is very handy when painting intricate designs on your greenware as it can be very hard to avoid small fiddly areas. The tool is a classic two ended one that can be used for just about everything.
