Picking up of Goods incures a $1.50 fee

Pickup of items is done at Ocean Keys Shopping centre car park, Clarkson 

3:30 - 6 pm Wednesday Afternoons only.

Payment must be made before you pickup the goods

We endevour to ship items purchased within 48 hours

We do offer combined postage for our items

Items are packed in Padded Bags where possible

Payment Conditions

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase otherwise order will be canceled. if you do have problems with this time period please contact us as we are flexable with customer who do communicate with us and an extensiion can be made for you. If the item needs to be ordered this will not happen until we recieve payment.

Insurance

If no insurance is added onto the item and the item is lost or damaged Life Paused will not replace the item for you as we only use Australia Post to deliver our items. if you add insurance onto the item, Life Paused will file a claim with Australia Post. Upon approvial of the insurance Life Paused will send you the same item again.

Refunds

Upon recieving the item if you are not happy with the item please return it to us unopened. A refund will be given as Store Credit. The credit amount does not include the postage amount. The item must be the same condition as it was sent

If the item does not work correctly when you opened the box please contact us. You will need to return the item to us. We will replace the item for you as soon as possible and resend it to you again. This may take upto 4 weeks for you to get your replacement item if we do not have the item in stock..

If the item recieved is not damaged or works correctly no refund will be given upon us or the wholesaler reviewing the item. If you wish to have the item returned back to you, you will need to pay for postage back to your address Jigsaws do not appy to the above point.

Other Conditions

If the item does need to be ordered as it is not in stock at time of purchase we will contact you in regards to this. The item will take approx 10 working days to get to Life Paused. This may occur as we sell our items on our home page as well.

The $13.00 express post bag we use is larger than the standard express post bag which you can purchase from the post office. This means that we can fit more into this bag. We will endevour to use this where possible for combined postage amounts going over 1kg. If we use this then the delivery time for you items will be from 1 - 3 working days on avg.

Items not posted using the express post bags will arrive from 1 - 10 working days depending upon your location in Australia. As we are situated in Western Australia our shipping time is the longest in Australia.

If the item is for a birthday or special occassion we would suggest that you use express post for the item. We will not refund you if the item does not arrive in time for that event unless you notify us that it is for a birthday or special occassion and the date of that occassion as we can determine if it is possible that you would recieve the item/items in time.
