Shipping

I will ship the item within 48 laboral hours after the payment receive and cleared. If you pay through Paypal I only ship to Paypal confirmed address. I only ship to the most destinations in the 48 states of USA. No international shipping.

I will send you the item through UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority Mail and I will send you a Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation.

Return Policy

If there any functional problem with the item, you must be returned it to me within 14 days, you must be return all items in the description and you must be send a tracking number. Please contact me before you returned it.

If there isn't anything wrong when checking the returned item, you will get the item back and not the money, and the shipping and handling costs will be covered by you. If the item has functional problem I will return your Money Back. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

If you don't pay for the shipping insurance I will not refund your money back, if it is damaged in shipping. 

If you pay for the shipping insurance and the item was damaged in the shipping, you must notify me immediately you receive it. If you don't notify immediately I don't return your money back.

Generally when we put a product in an auction we are conscious that the product is in stock, but sometimes by the great amount of products that we have in stock and the different forms which we used to sell products, is possible that in some cases we offer a product and at the time that a customer buy it

, when we looked for it to send the order, the product is not longer in our stock, not always happens this, but exists the possibility that this happens.

We worked strongly so that this type of disadvantage doesn’t happen, but until now it has been made difficult to control this.

Automatically you buy a product, when we look for the product in our warehouse to send it, if the product isn’t longer in stock in our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying to you and then we will send your payment back.

Which is the warranty that you offer for the product?

You have 14 days, if in those 14 days you are not satisfied with the product, please write us between the next 24 to 48 laboral hours and we will send you a RMA, and if the reason for the return is valid we will schedule a pick up for the item completely free, otherwise you must pay the shipping return cost, once we received the product and reviewed it and if there has not been any type of secondary alteration, we will send you back the money that you paid.

Which is the warranty directly from the manufacturer?

You have a full warranty from the manufacturer, generally the time is a year, but in some products the time is up to three years of warranty.
