Lollo Rossa - Frilly Red and Green Leaves

The original dark red frilled lettuce, direct to you from its original strain in Italy. This has become a gourmet standard with its delightful combination of color, taste, and texture. There is nothing like snipping your own salad from just outside your own door. Harvest in 7-8 weeks.

Germination: Easy and quick. Sow autumn and spring 1/4" deep, they have shallow roots so need regular watering and fortnightly fertilizing, liquid is best.
