Unless otherwise noted in the description, all goods are built from kits, rebuilt or refurbished. Goods are guaranteed to be in as shown condition prior to shipping. Please ask all your questions before you bid.
Bidding and Payment
Please remember that a bid on an auction is a contract to buy at your bid price should you be successful. Your payment or notice of intention of payment method is required within seven (7) days of the close of the auction.
If you do not intend to pay for your purchases, please do not bid on the auction.
Failure to pay or notify me within the noted seven (7) days will be considered a breach of contract and the appropriate actions will be taken including but not limited to: negative feedback, registering of an unpaid dispute with eBay and or PayPal, issuing a “Second Chance” offer to the next highest bidder, re-listing the item immediately, banning you from bidding an any future auctions. Additionally, you payment must reach me within 30 days of the sale or the above action will be taken unless we come to an alternate solution. This is a most distasteful process and I would like to avoid it completely.

Happy buyers are repeat buyers and I am very interested in repeat buyers. If you are not happy, I am not happy so please let me know your concerns. Give me the opportunity to make things right with you before you leave negative or neutral feedback. Like all things, there is a time limit on returns. I will need notification within 7 days of delivery of the item to you.
If in the end we cannot come to an arrangement, return the goods for inspection and you will receive your entire purchase price INCLUDING the original shipping charges. I only ask that you give me the chance to make things right with you.
Shipping & Consolidation
I will be happy to combine your wins. On YOUR request I will hold / consolidate your purchases for up to seven (7) days in order to economize on shipping.
Please be aware that consolidation of items for shipping does not always translate into a big savings in shipping costs. Since most items are very light, the costs for shipping are primarily a result of size - what is called "cube" in shipping lingo.
Packaging and Dunnage
I do not skimp on shipping materials since the items I sell can be quite delicate. The S&H charge shown in the auction is my best estimate of the actual shipping cost. If there is a savings to be had, I will pass it on. This is just a 'heads-up' for you so that you understand that packaging materials have a cost. I will do my best to keep the packaging costs to a minimum while insuring safe transport of your item(s).
Additional Shipping Notes -
Canada Post rates have increased significantly of late. The shipping and handling price quoted is an estimate based on this item only. I will do my best to reduce the cost of shipping however 80% of the shipping cost is the Canada Post rate. In every case I will select the lowest rate that meets your requirements and do my best to economize on the handling and shipping materials. Please be aware that good packing material is essential to secure and safe arrival of your purchases. Good materials are not free. If you have shipping questions please email me PRIOR to paying for the item.
VERY Important Delivery Notes -
Be aware, unless you request an alternate shipping method, your wins will be shipped 'lowest cost' method. This usually means surface and this can me SIGNIFICANT delivery times, especially outside of North America.
International buyers need to be patient. Canada Post can take as much as 8 weeks (sometimes 10 weeks) to get parcels to the addressee outside of North America. Please remember, I DO NOT control the delivery after it goes to Canada Post.
If you want you item faster, just send me a your request BEFORE you pay and I will quote you the additional cost.
International buyers, (other than the USA) please email me for a final total.
