We will be happy to act as an intermediary for the warranty between you and Fujitsu USA for international buyers if necessary, however you are responsible for all shipping costs for warranty returns. We will accept non-warranty returns (in full working condition) within 7 days of receipt, and will provide a full refund minus ebay, paypal, shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee because we can no longer sell the product as new once it's left our hands.
