On offer today are three books, two of poetry and the other is a classic play.

1. Book of poetry compiled by Penguin Books
Works from three authors:
Kingsley Amis
Dom Moraes
Peter Porter

This is a book from a series put together in the 1970's by Penguin Books
designed to introduce contemporary poetry to the general reader.

The book is in good condition for its age there is someones name on the inside cover page and some writing (greeting) on the following page. There is also some shelf wear and the pages have yellowed with age.

2. Book of poetry from Sarah Day

The range is wide - from a Lufthansa pilot to women at the gates of a prison;
from ideas of chaos to the smallest micro-organism (from the back blurb)

The overall condition of the book is in good condition, all pages are intact.


3. Waiting for Godot by Beckett
A black comedy in two Acts.

Nobody who is acquainted with Beckett's masterly black comedy
would now question this prescient recognition of a
classic of twentieth-century literature.  (from the back blurb)

The overall condition of the book is very good, there is some shelf wear,
 but the spine and pages are all in tact - soft cover.
