Lovely French Style Crochet Blanket

 

This gorgeous hand crochet blanket has recently been completed by myself. 

 Has a raised bobble effect around of the joined motifs (popcorn stitch) to emphasise the diamond pattern of the motifs.

 

Made with white 4 ply weight wool which makes it nice and warm but light. 

Also makes it cheaper to post!

 

Size 88 inches (223cm) (7 ft 3inches) X

84 inches (213cm) (7ft)

 

Fits a Double Bed Easily

 

Crocheted using a 1.75mm hook.

 

Never been used.

 

Comes from a smoke free, pet free house.

 

The pictures I have taken really do not do it justice.  I will try to take more pictures if anybody would like them.

 

It took me nine months to complete so sorry I have had to put a reserve on it.

 

Similar blankets to buy would be in excess of £100.
