LULLABY LEWIS

Lewis, by Janet Paulger of Lullabydolls, was the baby who appeared on the cover of issue 1 of Discover Dolls Magazine.

Lewis lost very little in size during the moulding process and he has come out the size of a small newborn. He is about 19'' tall.

Lewis has slightly more than 3/4 limps, they go almost to the body with a small cloth attachment for increased posability. The body on baby Lewis was designed by Janet, and has been copied exactly in the reproduction. His body is filled with polystyrene pellets and fibrefill for a perfect balance of weight, movement and cuddliness.

Lewis has been factory painted to look exactly like the OOAK. Lewis was originally sculpted in Modelene.
He had hand applied mohair and after a long search, I found beautiful clear cap mohair wigs in a dark brown which look like the dolls original hair. It can be wet and styled and also brushed with a special mohair brush.
He also has dark brown eyelashes.

Lewis comes with all the accessories he is displayed with, including the little all in one romper set with matching hat and little bunny slippers, his sweet toy bear, and a cream fleece receiving blanket.
He also has a certificate of authenticity which has been hand numbered and signed by the artist!
Each Lewis doll is also individually numbered on the back of the head and also on the presentation box.

Lewis will come to you packed carefully in his smart display box which is gloss black with pink and silver writing. For shipping, he is also packed in a plain brown outer shipping box for additional protection.

Lewis can be redressed in real baby clothes and he will fit into most newborn and early baby sizes.

Reborning:

Lewis is not a reborn doll, and he is not a kit intended for the reborn market. Although many reborn artists may enjoy the challenge of stripping this doll back and reborning him, I must stress that we can't take any responsibility for any problems encountered if this doll is reborn.

Limitation:

Lewis is limited to an edition of 250 vinyl dolls, and 5 sets of blank vinyl parts. Lewis will not be repeated, will not be brought out as a reborn kit, or a silicone or a resin. Once the edition is sold through, he will only be available on the secondary market.

If Lewis is not all you imagine him to be, and you are in any way dissapointed when you recive him then we will refund you, minus the shipping costs. Lewis must be returned to us on a next day service within 5 working days of receipt, and must be in his original condition, and complete with all clothes and accessories he was sent with.
